BIG MISTAKE – DON’T DO IT – that old coaxial cable going from your cable decoder box to your old standard LG 55LX6500 TV is absolutely the worst hookup to use for the HDTV! You will get a blurry picture and ghosting. Take that coaxial cable and stash it or trash it. The reason that coaxial cable causes such poor picture on your new wide-screen HDTV is that the digital signal into the cable/satellite decoder box is transformed into an analog radio frequency with an attendant loss in much of the digital information that LG 55LX6500 HDTV requires to give you a superior picture. LG 55LX6500 Most of us are going to hook up to our cable or satellite decoder box. The hookup choices are coaxial cable, red-white-yellow RCA cable trio, red-blue-green composite video cable (plus the red-white audio cable), and HDMI cable. That coaxial cable connector on the HDTV is only for an external antenna. But probably like most people upgrading from standard 3:4:5 analog TV to wide-screen HDTV, I just hooked the HDTV to the same coaxial cable out of the cable decoder box I just unhooked from the analog standard LG 55LX6500 TV.

LG 47LD520 Picture quality is good, although I had to tinker with the settings of many colors (I’m still not sure I got it 100% correct). There are some slight discoloration around the edges, but is seen only when the TV displays a uniform color. I can not stand to have a smoothing option (so-called TruMotion) enabled. This should make LG 47LD520 TV look better, but I think it makes a soap opera. Fortunately, it is easy to disable (Menu> Picture> TruMotion). Note: You must disable TruMotion for each entry. TV will look a little quivering without smoothing, but this restriction all LG 47LD520 120Hz TVs, and is much better than TruMotion included (in my opinion).

Above all I am very satisfied with the quality of this LG model and recommend it to anyone wanting to buy an LG 42LD520 LCD TV under $ 1k, and I mean the picture quality, but the size of the screen and that was as good if not better picture quality than other more expensive models in the store. Product arrived safely in California (we are in Illinois) for 4 days. Excellent LG 42LD520 condition. It took only minutes to install, replacing an old Sony CRT. Easy to use and flexible, exceptionally. After the channel scan (10 minutes), it was time to play the link HDMI cable, HDMI connection for your laptop, DVD player and VCR. The picture quality of LG 42LD520 is excellent. This LG 42LD520 TV has three HDMI connections on the back for use with your laptop, plus an RGB (VGA cable). There is also a USB 2.0 port on the back. I connected a USB device and listen to music and watch my digital images on the screen.

Colors look natural and realistic to me. Are very deep black levels on this Panasonic TC-P42G25 TV when the lights dim a bit dense, and shadows in the room. Move looks good for me (I found looked better motion blur reduction off in settings). I popped American Flags Ashes DVD (concert film, rock band Wilco), a BluRay player I borrowed from someone. This movie has a lot of dark areas in concert halls that allowed me to see the black levels. Panasonic TC-P42G25 TV automatically recognizes that I have won something and went to the video source from the bluray player. If I had to describe the picture quality on this TV in a single word would be “amazing.” Screen uniformity is perfect, no light or dark random.

Samsung UN40C5000 Television has a fantastic, almost unbelievable picture. Besides the fact that the speakers are marginal, I have not found anything I dislike television. I’ll have to connect my receiver to play with Samsung UN40C5000, but since the thickness of the TV and limited space for speakers in the same unit, it is difficult to believe that the sound is good as it is. I was told someone would call me back by the end of the month (remember, it was March 11 so that Samsung was going to be recalled within three weeks!). I find it really weird that Samsung UN40C5000 will begin shipping products that are not ready to support. That said, the problem was diagnosed at the end of Brighthouse and has been linked to their system is not the same TV.

So what do customers say about Panasonic TC-P50G25 TV? One customer commented that he had such an amazing visual experience. He is an avid soccer fan and never enjoyed watching a game so much. Internet-based applications look good, but the flip side I found when I connected to my A / V receiver and 5.1, running Pandora TV is not coming through my amp, and a built-in speaker on the Samsung PN58C500 TV. I buy Samsung PN58C500 and running within a few weeks, I have to watch the World Cup, and it was a great experience so far, a great price on Amazon, after several months of research and store visits to Fry’s see it, and then went online and get the best price. Delivery is not a problem out of the box stand was attached to, the Samsung PN58C500 managed by the window, and only my wife helped me pick up a media center connected to my U-Verse via HDMI, picture quality.

My criteria for buying LG 47LE5400 was the screen is larger than 47 inches, and also something that had a perfect geometry (as opposed to DLP from Mitsubishi, which recently died on me contrast) and some (about the picture quality of my AVI files, and to receive SD programming) for LG 47LE5400 display and maintenance of a single clear picture. (As opposed to my Pioneer plasma did) I also hoped to see who could 50Hz PAL video signal displayed for as long as it first was converted to 720p or higher. (LG 47LE5400 line image appears, but it will take the picture, and when upconverted to the maintenance of a 50 Hz format, so no conversion is necessary for the movement accuracy, only the conversion to 720p / 1080i or 1080p).
